If a particular piece of jewellery interests you, e-mail the relevant details about size and shape (your e-mail address will be kept secure by using the contact form). Since each piece is handmade, it's easy to make small adjustments as I work. This step can avoid that vaguely disappointing feeling when something you've ordered isn't quite what you expected. You'll be notified of the shipping date - usually a few days but not always - before I make the piece. I won't process the sale before I receive confirmation that you've approved the shipping date. Payment The preferred method of payment is to use Paypal.  Contact me if you need more information about this. The U.S. and Canadian dollars are so close now that the U.S. dollar is accepted at par. Shipping Unless it's impossible I prefer to ship by Xpresspost in Canada and Xpresspost USA to the States. Other locations - please call. Canada Post will not insure jewellery but I've never lost a shipment in 20 years. And to make busy lives easier, no signature is required. Shipping charges are a flat rate: to Canada and the U.S., $10.00 per shipment. The actual cost is substantially higher, but the flat rate makes my life easier and your life without surprises. B.C. customers must be charged Provincial sales tax, and all Canadian customers must be charged GST.
